This game has more levels than TrollFace Quest: Horror 1. Specifically, in this game, you must complete 16 normal levels with varied environments and challenges. The themes and stories in these levels are inspired by horror movies such as Chucky, The Sinister, Friday The 13th, The Nightmare Of Elm Street, Insidious 2, Jaws, IT, Candyman, Carrie, The Ring, and so on. After completing all normal levels, you can unlock two secret levels. The themes of these secret levels are inspired by two famous movies which are Paranormal Activity and The Mist.
