Evading enemies

While collecting Moons, you should watch out for formidable enemies. Here are some dominant enemies in this game.

Wood beetles: These enemies first appear at level 4. They move steadily along edges, capable of climbing ledges and walking on walls. On floating platforms, they walk in a straight line, even underneath. On longer surfaces, they can change direction at specific angles. You should stomp them to eliminate them.
Spring soldiers: You should take caution with them because they continuously jump straight up, expanding and retracting their bodies. They jump high enough for players to run underneath them while they are airborne.
