The story of this game revolves around Rafer and Alkali who find themselves on a perilous quest after Rafer accidentally drops the keys in Geometry Dash In Silico. After retrieving the keys from a destroyed island, Rafer encounters a series of humorous mishaps, including a spider on his head and a crash into a tree, before he discovers a lava gemstone that he knows Alkali will adore. However, upon returning to the boat, he finds Alkali missing, having been kidnapped by pirates who are Samifying, Loserchik67, and Tylegomaniac. The pirates, who need the gemstone Rafer has, take him back to their ship after he attempts to confront them. When the gemstone falls into the ocean and explodes, Rafer learns of a quest to find the "Rainbow Emerald" within the Sky Tower, which he accepts. After locating the gem, it triggers a spectacular explosion that transforms the Sky Tower with rainbows, but the arrival of a sky monster complicates matters, leading to a chaotic chase that tests Rafer and Alkali's resolve as they navigate this treacherous world together.
In this game, you transform into a cube whose mission is to explore a sky tower. Then, you go through a ship portal and become an underwater ship. Fly up or down to dodge monsters in the caves. You will enter a cannon launch that propels you skyward. As you navigate through a custom vertical wave mode, they encounter various transformations, including a ship, ball, and robot, while ascending through towering obstacles. The challenge intensifies with dual sections and the collection of heart collectibles, ultimately leading to a chaotic final phase where players must switch between game modes while dodging fireballs. The adventure concludes as you click a trigger orb to collect the Rainbow Emerald, restoring balance to the world.
Like Geometry Dash Afterlife, this game also tasks you with picking up three coins through intricate routes. For the first coin, you must immediately hold at the start to sink the boat, enabling a jump that creates bubbles to raise platforms. After activating a lever over spikes, you find the coin hidden behind brown rocks. The second coin is obtained after the drop. You drop below the normal path, memorize jumps to collect a key, and use a button to melt ice surrounding the coin. The third coin appears when you become a ship. Evade "X" marks while using a magnet to clear spikes. Feeding a monster a fruit spawns another monster that creates a wave portal, leading to a challenging alternate path. After collecting a blue heart, you can easily access the third coin and finish the level using a bounce pad.
