You should prioritize destroying these small plants first. Next, the boss will cup his leaves together and shoot out acorns and sycamore seeds. You should jump as high as possible to evade these seeds.
Phase 2: In the second phase, you should watch out for pollen balls shot by Cagney. After running out of pollen balls, the boss will stick his leaves into the ground. Then, his leaves will appear from the ground and attack you. Try to jump fast and keep shooting until the boss is taken down.
