In Vex 4, every movement requires absolute precision. Jumping too early or sliding too late can cause you to fall into a trap or miss an important area. Focus on observing and timing accurately to overcome obstacles, avoid dangerous spikes and chainsaws. To go far and conquer many levels, lightning-fast reflexes are one of the factors that help you succeed.
When facing high or narrow areas, take advantage of the wall surface to bounce, helping Vex character overcome large distances or reach seemingly impossible areas. This technique not only opens up new paths but also is a way to collect hidden bonuses. Note that walls can be interrupted and split into 2 halves at any time during your movement.
In each level, there will be shortcuts to help you get to the destination faster. Don't just run along the main path, try jumping, sliding or climbing up hard-to-see areas to explore. These paths often contain attractive bonus points or help you pass the level faster, and at the same time bring a great feeling of conquest when discovering the secret of the game.
Similar to Vex 3, Vex 4 also has checkin points marked by flags. As soon as the character you control passes through, the flag will immediately turn green, you have successfully activated this checkin point. Like vaatyj in the process of moving to the destination, if you accidentally lose a life, instead of having to play again from the beginning, you will immediately return to that checkin point and continue the level.
