Offense (controlled by you):
- Quarterback (QB): The one who controls the entire game, decides the path of the ball.
- Running Back (RB): Sprints through all defenses.
- Tight Ends (TE x2): Blocks the ball and receives important passes.
- Wide Receivers (WR x2): Lightning fast, always ready to receive the ball and score.
- Offensive Linemen (OL x5): Steel fence protects QB and opens up the way for RB.
Defense (controlled by AI):
- Defensive Linemen (DL x4): Blocks all offensive lines, creates maximum pressure.
- Linebackers (LB x3): Flexible, agile, controls the midfield.
- Defensive Backs (DB x4): Ball-cutting experts, always lurking to create turnover opportunities.
Tactical Note:
Each player will have a unique skill, maybe speed, reflex power. You can track the stats and physical condition of each player to choose the right players according to the formation, only then can you win every game.
How to score points in each Retro Bowl match?
To score many points with beautiful goals when playing Retro Bowl, you should understand how to calculate points. Below are detailed statistics of each point you will receive equivalent to the player's kick.
- Touchdown (6 points): Bring the ball into the opponent's end zone, the decisive move for victory.
- Field Goal (3 points): An accurate kick from a distance, showing your skills and composure.
- Extra Point (1 point): Increase points after a touchdown, every small point is valuable.
- Two-Point Conversion (2 points): Risky challenge after a touchdown, but the reward is worth the risk.
- Safety (2 points): Excellent defense, score when the opponent is blocked in the end zone.
How to control the player?
Just like when playing Google Doodle Baseball, hold and move the mouse to aim, release the pass.
Click on the green circle to select the player.
Watch the power bar and click to stop or pass the ball.
